Alis Takeaway, Cardigan, Wales

 This one was a quick take away while traveling along the Welsh coast. 

We stopped in Mwnt and a friend offered to bring us food to our van so we could sit out and enjoy the coastal sunset! So, takeaway duly ordered from the recomended establishment and the Samosa's were on the way. 

The samosas were small with thin pastry, hard to know if they were home made, they looked as though they might even be frozen ones, its hard to know. They weren't bad though, nice flavour but need a bit more spice and a bit less sugar I think. And personally, they could have been twice the size and still not too big. 

Not bad though. The sauce was a bit feeble and mostly watery yogurt I think. 

I ordered my curry "hot" and they took that request very very seriously, it was as hot as hell. Be careful. 

So, I think a 5.5 only, but the setting and friends that were present more than made up for it.
