So, a samosa that gives you chilly hiccups? Thats a new thing? And this spicy boy did just that. A decent samosa, pastry not that crisp (not freshly heated) , presentation not great either (see the photo).
But a nicely loaded plump samosa with tasty moist filling, that was heavily spiced (in a good way). 
I would have gone higher than a 7.0 but my daughter talked me down due to the soft pastry. Also, a bit of salad / effort in presentation may have helped ? Or two samosas?
Not bad for £2, is in a good place in York to try lots of nice grub, worth a look, but maybe have a drink ready to put the fire out.
